Nordic-Star is a recruitment and headhunting company established in 2010 in Oslo, focusing solely on the shipping market. We have experience from various international shipping and shipping-related companies, including shipowners, shipbrokers, ship financing, and recruitment.
With more than 50 years of combined experience, we have in-depth knowledge of most aspects of the shipping industry, including management, commercial, technical, financial, operational, and recruitment.
Our strength lies in our unique understanding of the type of people the shipping industry needs, along with an extensive global contact network. Nordic-Star is well-positioned to find the right candidate for a shipping company and the optimal company for a candidate.
We generally operate on a “no cure, no pay” basis.
