We have long experience from the shipping industry both from the owning and broking side and therefore immediately understand what you are looking for. We will have the inside information based on our close relationship with owners, yards, oil companies and financial institutions and we work on a “no cure, no pay basis”
How we work
To find the right candidate we use an already broad network throughout the shipping industry combined with, database, searching, advertising and networking. All based on our long shipping experience.
Nordic Star work on a “no cure no pay” basis for all our clients. When we have agreed on a assignment, we charge nothing before the actual candidate sign up with the client. We charge a percentage of the first years salary upon signing of the contract between the candidate and the client.
